Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Katana Stitch. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please review our detailed return and exchange policy below to understand your rights and responsibilities when requesting a return or exchange.


Return Window

You can request a return or exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.

We do not accept returns solely due to dissatisfaction or change of mind unless you agree to have the full shipping cost deducted from your refund. Slight variations in color, embroidery size, or placement may occur due to lighting or digital mockups.


Eligibility Requirements

  • Products must be unused and in their original condition.

  • Returns are accepted even if packaging has been opened.

  • If you received the correct size and color, but it doesn't fit, you may request an exchange, not a return.

  • If the size or color delivered is incorrect, we will cover all shipping costs and send a replacement.

  • Washed, used, or damaged items are not eligible for return.
    If a customer falsely declares an item as unused, but it arrives worn, washed, or torn, only 50% of its value will be refunded, minus all shipping costs.

  • Items purchased with 50% or more discount are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is an error from our side.

  • Free gift items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, even if we made a mistake.


Custom Orders & Direct Agreements

  • The Custom Your Embroidery product is non-refundable, as the customer approves the design before production. However, exchanges are allowed if the size or color sent was incorrect.

  • Orders placed via WhatsApp, email, or Contact Us form are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.


Shipping & Return Costs

  • If the return is due to customer error or change of mind, the customer covers return shipping. The cost will be deducted from the refund.

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, size, or color), we will cover all shipping and provide a full refund.


Exchanges

  • Customers may request an exchange for a different size or color.

  • Customer pays for shipping the item back to us.

  • Once we receive and inspect it, we will ship the new item.

  • If the error was ours, we cover both shipments. Otherwise, customer pays for shipping the replacement.


Order Modifications & Delivery Status

  • If your order is still with us (not handed to the shipping company), you may cancel or modify it and receive a full refund.

  • Once the order is with the shipping provider, you must wait for delivery and then initiate a return.


Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days and applied to your original method of payment.


Excessive Return Abuse

  • Customers who initiate more than two unjustified return/exchange requests may be restricted from future return/exchange eligibility.
